Royal Cruise Lines is the premium source for small boat river cruises within the Canada and United States. We operate a fleet of eight luxury cruise ships that bring passengers to the greatest destinations along the inland waterways and rivers of the East Coast, Pacific Northwest, Mississippi, and Alaska. With each of our ships holding no more than 150 passengers, our guests receive a more intimate travel setting which allows us to offer a more personal service. Our shipboard staff includes some of the best professionals in the hospitality field and they pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service. Through the support they receive from our corporate office, our shipboard staff is able to ensure our passengers have an enjoyable time while onboard. Shipboard applicants must be able to legally work in the Canada and U.S.
 
Per U.S. Coast Guard Regulations, all shipboard positions require pre-employment, random, and reasonable cause alcohol and drug testing
 
Physical demands: All shipboard positions can be physically demanding. Repetitive motion, bending, climbing, and some heavy lifting are requirements of several positions.
 
Uniform & Grooming Standards: Royal Cruise Lines has a uniform policy that all crew members must follow. We feel that your attire and personal grooming should reflect a positive and professional image.
